If you have already registered for one of our workshops or services, and you are no longer able to attend it, our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Full refund minus a $50 admin fee up to 30 days before the session.
- 50% refund within two weeks before the session.
- No refund 1 day before and after the session.
- If for any reason you cannot join any session, please contact us as soon as possible.
You can exchange any service or workshop for another, if you contact us 10 days prior to the session.
You may also change the date of your session if you contact us 10 days before the session.
